HR & Law Assistant

 

직무기능

The main purpose of the HR & Law Assistant position is to provide secretarial and administrative support to Directors HR and Law ensuring efficient coordination of travel and visitor arrangements, managing schedules and meetings and files management. Also HR & Law Assistant provides supporting roles in departmental activities of HR and Law.

This is 1-year temporary position and direct contract to Philip Morris Korea. There’s possibility to be converted as permanent employee based on the assessment of performance at the end of contract.

 

주요업무

◾Administrative supports for 2 directors such as scheduling, expense claim and business trip arrangement including visa application etc.
◾Visitor support and expat support
◾Personal/family care for the 2 Directors
◾Translation and interpretation support
◾Directors' office management
◾HR department support : arrange department meeting, training support, interview operation and HR document filing and other ad-hoc supports
◾Law department support : support Contract Management Application (CMA) coordination and manage file storage, support other monthly or quarterly meeting arrangement and other ad-hoc supports

 

지원자격

◾2-3 years of admin or secretarial experience in multi-national company
◾Accountable and dependable
◾Attention to details
◾Good at coordination and communication engaging various stakeholders
◾Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
◾Good English communication both in verbal and written
