Service parts sales coordinator

 

 

Job Mission
Most of the workday is spent sitting and working with computer systems to find and update information. Attention to detail, dependability and general ability to follow-up is essential. Providing a positive experience for each customer is important.

 

Job Description
- Respond to customer request on service parts, order parts and arrange delivery to customers, coordinates and tracks the service part order status. - Arrange for the return of unused/tested/used/defective parts and ensures return status. - Act as in-charge person for handling service part sales. - Deals with customer request, inquiries and complains. - Escalate to SBM if return status is not consistent with order status. - Orders parts to warehouse by monitoring computerized information systems. - Performs administrative and accounting tasks appropriate to the activities of service part sales. - Liaises with customers regarding service part availability, prices and delivery date. - Verifies and approves payment of supplier invoices, Rectifies any problems with suppliers. - Monitors accounting statements for discrepancies and follows up on corrections. - Performs administrative duties appropriate to the activities on service part sales. - Provide instructions to warehouse personnel to expedite the handling of requests.

 

Education
Bachelor degree

 

Personal skills
- High accuracy level and strong administrative skills - Communicative and customer-focused - Team player - Strong organizational skills - Proactive and solution oriented - Strong knowledge of MS Office. - Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
