안녕하십니까? IBM KOREA 채용팀 입니다.
IBM에서 아래와 같은 스킬을 보유하신 분을 모집하고 있습니다.

 

Job description
1. Responsible for greeting the clients that come into the center at the information desk.
2. IBM Client Center reservation management
: Receives reservation requests via e-mail, phone and manages the schedule of the facilities.
3. Event management
: From the door of the center where the clients first set foot on the Client Center, to the briefing rooms, and until they return, manages the client experience (AV devices, welcome signage, drinks, thank letters, etc.).
4. Operations
- Makes sure that the data from the requester are accurately input to the system.
- Builds monthly reports of Client Center performance indicators
5. Inventory management
- Ensures that all items (especially loose items) are accounted for. Lends them to clients in need, makes sure they are returned properly.
6. Security management
- Requests access to Security Center for IBM employees that have events running in the center.
- Manage the keys for all the door and cabinet locks inside the Center.

Required Experience & Skills
- Having IBM job related experience is preferred. (1~2 years)
- Very good communication skills.
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Good skill on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint.
- Major in Secretary Administration is preferred

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

•일반 사무직 또는 비서 관련경력 1년 이상 경험자

 

Eligibility Requirements
•Fluent in Korean, Intermediate in English
