Administrative Assistant
Main Job Function
The main purpose of the Assistant position is to provide secretarial and administrative support to foreign Director ensuring efficient coordination of travel and visitor arrangements, managing schedules and meetings and files management. Also the Administrative Assistant provides supporting roles in departmental activities of the department.
This is 1year temporary position and direct contract to Philip Morris Korea. There’s possibility to be converted to permanent employee based on the assessment of performance at the end of contract.
Administrative Assistant’s accountability is as below but not limited to:
◾Administrative supports for foreign Director such as scheduling, expense claim and business trip arrangement including visa application etc.
◾Visitor supports and expat supports
◾Personal/family care of the Director
◾Translation and interpretation support
◾Directors' office management
◾Department support: arrange department meeting and other ad-hoc supports
Qualifications
◾2-3years of admin or secretarial experience in multi-national company
◾Accountable and dependable
◾Attention to details
◾Good at coordinating and communication engaging various stakeholders
◾Excellent time management and good at multi-tasking
◾Fluent in English and Korean
