Brand Solutions Activation Expert, North Asia
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
The North Asia Brand Specialist team is the link between Product and Sales teams at Google. We take product innovations and turn them into advertiser solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of their spend with Google. We are passionate about all things digital and want to shape the ever-changing world of brand building.
You'll be responsible for driving in brand growth through your expertise in solution planning, designing quality video-centric media plans that deliver on our customer objectives. You will raise the bar in media planning, providing high-quality brief response for customers and their media agency partners.
In addition, you'll develop a deep, technical understanding of Google’s video advertising solutions and keep this current through customized training programs, best-practice sharing with your peers, and by working closely with product teams.
New Product Solutions is the link between Google’s Product and Sales organizations. We turn product innovations into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google’s advertising products and the web. We partner with Sales team members in building the strongest commercial strategy, and we equip customer-facing Googlers with essential product expertise. We are fascinated by all things digital and passionate about shaping the quickly evolving world of online advertising.
Responsibilities
•Understand client objectives and act as a trusted advisor for brand, creative and media planning.
•Be a thought leader in video and brand measurement solution.
•Partner with the Sales team in developing client segmentation and activation strategy.
•Lead go-to-market plan for new product launches, changes and betas.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the best of Google forward to our clients.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
•Ability to speak and write in Korean and English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:•Experience in brand marketing, competitive landscape, local market and other media (Print, TV and Outdoor).
•Demonstrated brand building expertise and capabilities, with certification for at least 1 area in Brand Solutions.
•Analytical acumen and strategic thought leadership, paired with an agile mind set and a can-do attitude.
•Ability to build compelling advertiser-focused solutions.
•Demonstrated YouTube product expertise, with an understanding of core product features, how they fit into solutions, and underlying product performance drivers.
