The Support Engineer is a trusted advisor to IT Professionals - you will have influence over a broad range of solutions that create business value for our customers. Your technical and relationship skills are critical to the success of the customer’s perception of value of the Microsoft solution. You will have a chance to solve technically complex problems for the some of the world’s largest companies, as well as smaller companies on the leading edge of their industry.
As a Support Engineer, you will solve high level complex problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty; may include support of additional product line. Frequently, these problems will not only be technically complex, but will be politically charged situations requiring the highest level of customer skill.
The support Engineer's mission is different from call center operations or the general Help desk work, and there are not many cases to attach throughout the day.
In the meanwhile, it requires a higher level of understanding in terms of technology and business.

Azure services related to System Center
RMS
WSUS etc…
Key Responsibilities:
The area of responsibility is a wide range of products and technologies, including System Center Suite/Intune/Azure as described above.
It is mainly part of our products and technologies, and we have the following as an example.
Configuration management (SCCM/WSUS)
System Monitoring (SCOM)
Virtual Environment Management (VMM)
Mobile device Management (Intune)
Azure Platform Operations Management (Azure)
Language Skill
Bilingual person in Korean and English. Minimum requirement is Business level.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
2. Experienced in enterprise IT deployment, infrastructure System Administration.
3. In-depth knowledge on one or more of network OS, Directory service, System management, TCP/IP protocol family, Security, Azure and Intune.
4. Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, self-motivation and must have a strong team spirit.
6. Must have strong verbal and written English skills.
7. A minimum of 2 years IT experience and demonstrate aptitude for providing superior customer service in politically charged environment.
8. In-depth understanding of Microsoft Windows Server products or other OS product(Unix etc.) family.
9. System Center, Security, Azure, Intune etc. experience is preferred. C/C++ programming experience is preferred
