[Summary]

Support Quality & Compliance and Quality Systems execution in compliance with local GMP regulatory requirements and J&J policies and standards. Responsible for all assigned local activities, including communicating with functional groups and manufacturing sites, for supporting Quality Systems processes and product release by the registered J&J Consumer Korea Marketing Authorization Holder.

 

[Responsibilities]

1. Packaging Material Inspection management

- Inspect OTC/ Quasi-Drug/ Cosmetic packaging materials based on standard artwork requirements and perform release activities

2. First Article Inspection (FAI) process oversight

- Conduct FAI for OTC/Quasi-Drug/Cosmetic products

3. Complaint vigilance management

- Conduct risk assessment for complaint investigation and perform follow up activities for supporting timely completion of investigations

4. Distributor & Supplier Qualification process

- Interact with distributors and suppliers to gather relevant information required for initiating and maintaining qualification status. Maintain Approved Distributor and Supplier List

5. Promotional Item process

- Conduct all relevant activities in support of the Promotional Item process and maintenance of documentation

 

[Requirements]

1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent; prefer degree of Life Sciences

2) Preferred minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience

3) Experience in investigations, change control, batch record review, analytical data review, and/or inspections in a GMP environment

4) Good interpersonal skills for influencing and collaboration in a team matrix environment

5) Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects under time pressure

6) Practical business software and spreadsheet skills

7) Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills.

8) Basic English skills is a plus
