Account Coordinator for Bobbi Brown/Frederic Malle/Jo Malone London, TR Korea(Job Number: 176904)


Description
Job Purpose

Achieve counter sales goals and business objectives through managing daily counter operations and inventories, supervising and motivating BAs, and implementing marketing and promotion activities

 

Main Responsibility

1) Sales and Inventory management
- Work with ASM and incumbent Account Coordinators on setting and achieving sales targets

- Lead and motivate BAs to increase retail sales

- Review sales performance regularly for responsible doors

- Analyze retail sell-thru versus current inventory to understand inventory level

- Monitor shipments and backorders to ensure sufficient inventory


2) Counter management
- Ensure overall counter displays are adhere to brand guideline

- Determine items and quantity for GWP/ testers

- Assist ASM and incumbent Account Coordinators in setting up new counters or refurbishment of existing counters


3) BA supervision
- Manage HR-related issues of BA ? recruiting, salary decision, and performance evaluation

- Evaluate performance of BAs and have discussion with BAs

- Work with Education manager to enhance product knowledge and sales skills of BAs

- Compute monthly commission, allowances, and incentives of BAs and prepare necessary paperwork to be handed to HR and Finance

- Ensure on-boarding of new BAs


4) Marketing and Promotion
- Work with ASM incumbent Account Coordinators on preparing promotion proposals for retailers

- Work with retailers on the execution of promotion activities

- Monitor and gather information about marketing opportunities

- Plan and work with marketing team for advertising in magazines

- Assist DCM for on-line marketing activities


5) Inflight
- Be responsible for the overall Inflight business for Bobbi Brown and Jo Malone London


6) Retailer presentation
- Be responsible to organize bi-annual Marketing presentation for retailers in charge.

 

QUALIFICATIONS


◆ Education

- University-level education or equivalent(Business Administration preferred)


◆ Experiences

-  2+ years of  working experience preferably in the travel retail industry
