[Responsibilities]

1) Evaluate and/or design sampling plans and process control plans for lot acceptance and control processes.

2) Investigate identified quality problems.

3) Investigate causes of sporadic defects.

4) Support CAPA investigations and tasks, to determine root cause and corrective actions needed.

5) Support manufacturing in analyzing manufacturing product lines to determine how or where, within the manufacturing or inspection process, the root cause of non-conformances or customer complaints exist.

6) Execute Statistical Analysis that includes: Capability, FMEA and SPC as required.

7) Perform, enhance and validations: for manufacturing processes, gauges, equipment, software and computerized systems as required.

8) Prepare clear and concise protocols, study reports, and procedures as necessary.

9) Study the effectiveness of inspection activities.

10) Design means for measuring accuracy and documenting of inspection work.

11) Implement process control systems.

12) Provide support for new product launch.

13) Coordinate training of manufacturing associates as applicable.

14) Establish and maintain appropriate documentation as required for Quality Systems activities.

15) Provide leadership and initiative to QS organization through continuous improvement projects.

 

[Requirements]

1) Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Sciences preferred.; Life Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Biology/Microbiology, Industrial engineering, etc.

2) Good command of English for effective oral/written communication.
3) Demonstrated experience in investigations, change control, validation, batch record review, analytical data review and/or audits (Preferred)
4) Strong leadership/interpersonal skills for influencing and collaboration in a team matrix environment
5) Strong Decision Making / Problem Solving skills
6) Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects under time pressure
7) Practical project management software and spreadsheet skills, proficient computer operation skills.
8) Good organizational skills, detail-oriented & accurate, analytical skills.
