Position Purpose
The incumbent is responsible to assist in the administration of Compensation & Benefits and responsible maintaining & administrating SAP HR Data and ensure meet data quality guidelines.
Responsibility
1. Custodian of SAP HR System to ensure employees information is updated and maintained on a timely and accurate manner. Responsible to update, change and maintain employee movement transaction, ASR, termination action (if employee resigned) in SAP system.
2. Provide employee information and generate Human Resouces reports (i.e. AdHoc Query) from SAP HR System whenever needed. Perfom regular data quality check to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Extract relevant data from SAP to support ad-hoc compensation & benefits analysis. Responsible to keep confidentiality of employee information particularly in relation to compensation details. Provide HR related analytics & dashboards to stakeholders (e.g. turnover rate, average service year, gender ratio etc.)
3. Prepare for headcount related report such as J-SOX/DQ/HR Dashboard and update employee pictures(NAKISA) on a monthly basis. Also, maintain Master Incumbent Excel data and personal document which include employee's basic data as well as employement history(transfer, promotion, contract status etc)
4. Process, communicate and administer employee benefits, congratulatory&condolence, school subsidy, medical check up and group insurance etc. Working with service provide vendor and internal team in order to prepare, administrate & communicate for all employees
5. Raising request for new vendor creation and Purchase Requisition as and when required. Performing Good received action in system for all the invoice received.
6. Ensure personnel files are maintained and all relevant documents are files. Supporting Reward & Recognition Manager with relevant documents at the time of internal/external audit.
Requirements
1. University degree
2. 2-5 years related working experience in HR administration. Experience in payroll will be preferred.
3. Competent in SAP, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and must be well versed in MS Office (Words, Excel etc). Able to speak and write well in English.
