[Responsibilities]

 - Assures that non-conformance investigations, laboratory investigations and quality systems are in compliance with the good manufacturing practices and/or  good laboratory practices as established in the code of local government regulations and company procedures.

- Reviews pending investigation reports for investigations that are waiting for quality assurance approval.

- Refers extraordinary situations to the quality assurance manager for final approval.

- Provides coaching and training to employees that generate investigations.

- Ensures that appropriate specifications are procedures pertaining to products are on file.

- Through the shop-floor activity, figure out the potential GMP risk and manage the issue with collaboration with count parts.

- Reviews the GMP document and ensure the process and procedure is well documented and executed under data integrity.

- Escalate any non-conformance to the quality assurance manager and/or director.

 

 

[Requirements]

- Bachelor’s degree with pharmacy, chemistry, biology

- QA working experience in pharmaceutical company (2-4 years)

- Good command of English (oral and written)

- Good interpersonal communication skill

- A pharmacist license holder is highly preferred
