Demand Planning Executive

 

 

Job purpose and key deliverables

Support / work closely with Demand Planning Manager to deliver the followings;

- Provide quality input (via in-depth analysis) into EMF cycles to drive aligned view on demand forecasting / sensitivities amongst SPI(Strategy, Planning & Insights team)-Trade-Brand.

- Integrate & leverage information / insights (internal & external) to contribute to robust business planning - with assessment of the following

- Monitor and read daily / monthly share & market actual data for way forward projection

- Market size, share outlook, competitor impact

- Monthly / yearly seasonality, holiday impact

- Link SPI-Brand-Trade-NPI/Supply Chain for demand deliverables to help facilitate decision making in relevant forums

- Work closely with repsective channel managers to make sure to provide robust bottom-up forecast to support development of demand planning

- Ensure monthly / quarterly reporting & APO are managed On Time In Full with accuracy and alignment

- Timely input to MPM to develop quality content / materials for regional & internal meetings - with context, accuracy, consistency

- Lead stock transition / depletion activity and ensure all dots are connected to overall cycle & volume planning

- Ensure On Time In Full execution of stock transition activities in trade by closely working with relevant stakeholders

 

 

Essential requirements

- Strong analytical skills with high level of accuracy On Time In Full

- Ability to synthesize & process numerious pieces of information and data to generate share / volume forecast

- Abilitiy to define trends / opportunities - with application to demand planning

- Fluent in both Korean & English

- Strong command of Microsoft Excel

- Experience in FMCG and demand forecasting preferred
