Description


Objectives

 

-    To maximize marketing activities toward consumers through managing integrated public communications channel to sustain growth of the business in the brand

 

 

Accountabilities


1. Develop and manage strategic communications plan

-    Implement brand public relations programs and liaises with appropriate marketing manager in creation and development of public relations programs.

-    Produce PR campaigns through key media partners.  

-    Secure media placements based on press mailings, conferences and one-on one Presentation.

-    Build ongoing relationship with press, based on reliable and accurate Product information to prompt correct, thorough press coverage.

-    Build and Expand key opinion list (eg. bloggers, lifestylers, social media influencers, etc.)

-    Discover needs/interests of media and tailors brand stories accordingly.

-    Provide programs to consumer groups as required, such as Corporate services, community organizations, and Tastemakers (KOLs)

 

2. Communicate and co-work with head quarter and regional office

-    Maintain schedule to ensure press releases/events are initiated and accomplished on time.

-    Provide feedback to Global & Region from press contacts and other audience regarding perception of brand’s image and products, of trends and competitors’ public relations activities.

-    Communicate local PR needs and maintains up-to-date information with Global & Region

-    Responsible for developing and monitoring public relation budget and reviews on timely basis to determine status.

-    Coordinate visits to headquarters of any press people from affiliate markets. 

-    Maintain close contact with marketing, sales, and training on current and upcoming programs to assure proper focus and accurate information.

 

3. Create new media opportunities

-    Identify ideas for new PR activities via both on/offline channel

-    Make proposals and recommendations regarding PR and Digital activities

-    Explore new channel & media (especially digital & social)

-    Evaluate PR activities and programs. Recommend improvements or changes.

 


Qualifications

 

Education

    University-level education or equivalent

Experiences 

    More than 6~10 years of relevant work experience preferred.

    Team-lead experience

    Excellent communication Skills

    Possesses sense of style, image, and diplomacy which permits manager to perform successfully communications professional in a storing supporting role

    Creative/innovative thinking

    The ability to handle a multitude of projects and issues at one time
