[Dept. & Job Title]
HR Associate, Human Resources & Public Affairs

[Purpose of Job]
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of HR programs such as recruiting and performance management by supporting HR Director as HR Associate. 

[KEY Accountabilities and Responsibilities]

      Recruitment 
      - Identify manpower planning for both permanent and non-permanent employees; develop recruitment planning and execute process; deal and coordinate with recruitment provider; conduct selection and placement for all departments.
      - Support the recruiting and selection process through generation of offer letters, coordinating interview schedules, ensuring proper documentation and evaluation formats.
      - Plan and operate on-boarding program for new employees.

      Compensation 
      - Administrate salary and bonus scheme for a variety of staff categories in Takeda by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of this process.  Salary and bonus schemes must meet financial goals as well as support strategic objectives such as pay for performance.
      - Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date salary survey data to provide information to HR and line manager in assisting them to determine an appropriate salary policy and strategy.


      Support Performance Management (Implementation of the year-end evaluation process) 
      - Includes the administration of a performance management tool (Workday), the training of employees on that evaluation process, education of managers on how to conduct performance reviews, and the successful completion each year of mid-year and year-end performance reviews.


      Payroll 
      - Manage payroll, severance pay, other allowances calculation and payment, year-end settlement of the annual earned income, registration of new employees to the payroll.
      - Administrate payroll outsourcing provider.


      Benefit Management 
      - Contribute to the development of the Takeda Korea benefits policy, benefits program categories and process;  manage programs; review Takeda Korea program compared to market survey; propose any needed changes to current plan.


      Support development of HR Policy & Program 
      - Support to develop new HR Policy needed for Takeda Korea employees and set up detailed guideline.

      [Qualifications]
      - University degree
      - Relevant experience 4 years over
      - English communication skills
      - MS Office
