하이네켄코리아에서 글로벌 리더 육성 프로그램인 APGP(Asia Pacific Graduate Program) 채용을 합니다.

APGP는

하이네켄이 아시아 지역의 젊은 인재들을 차세대 리더로 육성하기 위해 진행하는 프로그램으로

2년 동안 총 3개 국가에서 순차적으로 근무할 기회가 주어집니다.

2021년 7월부터 2022년 6월까지는 국내에서

6개월씩 부서를 바꿔가며 1년간,

나머지 1년은 아시아지역 2개국 해외지사에서

각 6개월씩 1년간 리더십과 직무 훈련을 하며 근무하게 됩니다.

 

서류 접수는

10월 27일까지 APGP 채용 사이트를 통해 가능하며,

지원자들은 서류 접수 후 논리력, 추리력 등을 측정하는 테스트와 온라인 화상 인터뷰를 진행합니다.

이후 임원면접과 인성검사, 아시아태평양지역 온라인면접이 순차적으로 진행 됩니다.

지원자격은

대학교 졸업 또는 2021년 7월 졸업 예정자,

신입 또는 3년 미만의 경력자중 영어를 매우 잘하는 분들은 지원이 가능합니다.

모집 분야는 커머스 부서의 마케팅팀과 트레이드 마케팅팀이며,

최종 선발된 인원은 2021년 7월부터 근무를 시작하게 됩니다.

Welcome! This is the first step of your application to the HEINEKEN Asia Pacific Graduate Program.

 

During the HEINEKEN online application, you will learn all about the HEINEKEN story, discover our unique culture and understand how you can brew a career with us. In between, we will ask you to complete various online assessments, and to answer video interview questions.

 

Please work through the online assessments steadily with no distractions or input from any other person. You don’t need to complete this online application in one go, as your progress will be saved after every step.

 

The online assessment consists of two main sections;

 

- Step 1: Cognitive Ability Test 

 

- Step 2: Virtual Interview 

 

Duration: 

 

The entire experience will take approximately 40 minutes to complete.

 

Technical recommendations

 

- For technical support, please contact our provider’s help-desk, by using the 'Help' widget available on all pages of the application.

- Ensure that you read through the instructions at the start of each section.

- Make use of an excellent internet connection (wifi / 3G - 4G).

- Install the latest version of your internet browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for an optimal user experience. If you’re not sure how to update or download the latest browser version, read through this article.

- Use the same email address as the one used for your application.

- Check that your webcam and microphone are connected and tested before starting the Video Interview.
