한국 바스프에서 대졸 신입 사원 및 신입 엔지니어를 모집 합니다.

 

대졸신입 사원 (GROW)

 

BASF를 이 끌어갈 차세대 인 재 Pool을 선 발하는 프로그램으로

한국 바스프 공장 및 서울사무소에서

약 1년 간 교육 등 다양한 실무경험 후 최종부서 배치됩니다.

담당 업무는 제품개발, 영업 및 마케팅, 기술지원 분야에서 일을 하게됩니다.

 

자격 요건은 

4년제 대학졸업 (예정)자 (학사/석사,박사)중 전공은 무관하며,

영어커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분들은 지원 가능합니다.

 

 

여수공장신입은 2개의 분야에서 모집 합니다.

Process Engineer , Environmental Engineer(환경 엔지니어) 입니다.

 

Process Engineer

담당업무는 아래와 같습니다.

- Perform production planning and raw material consumption scheduling based on demand forecast and verify it's result

- Manage and review safety stock level, propose stock keeping to optimize service level and business growth

- Coordinate and act in finish goads, raw material and consumables delivery in cooperation with sales planning team and realize to company finance system.

- Review and analyze production KPI such as unit ratio, and perform improvement plan to create value by optimizing process

- Implement and supervise fulfillment of legal EHS requirements, guidelines of BASF EHS policy and Country relevant safety and environmental management

- Identify unsafe operations and practicesand recommend corrective actions or - Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production using Management of Change

- Lead and I mplement cost saving initiatives while maintaining high quality standards

- Develop & maintain work instruction and operating procedures for production activities.

 

자격 요건은 

학사 또는 석사 졸업 자 중 화학공학, 고분자공학 또는 이와 관련 학과 전공자,

그리고 영어를 매우 잘하는 분들은 지원 가능합니다.

 

모집 인원은 

2명 입니다.

 

 

Environmental Engineer

（환경 엔지니어）

담당 업무는 아래와 같습니다.

 

- Review & implement legal requirement and BASF guidelines - Manage all kinds of site wastes, waste storages and make recommendation for Improvement.

- Manage for ISO14001, ISO 50001.

- Prepare & implement environmental training.

- Monitor the operation of environment facilities such as Wastewater, Incinerator, TMS, Storages related authorities

- Progress check of environmental Improvement plan for accident inspection.

- Preparation & Implementation OCA(Offsite consequence analysis) & RMP(Risk Management Plan) according to legal requirement.

- Review & implement installation inspection & regular inspection of Chemical facilities by Authority

 

자격 요건은 

학사 또는 석사 졸업 자 중 화학공학, 환경 공학 전공을 하고 

영어를 매우 잘하는 분들은 지원 가능합니다.

또한 대기환경 기사 1급자격증을 가지고 있는 분들은 우대합니다.

 

모집 인원은 1명입니다.

2021년 1월 입사 예정입니다.
