브리티쉬 아메리칸 토바코에서  Trade Marketing Representative를 모집 합니다.

Sales recording & internal reporting

  • Responsible to submit daily / cycle / other periodic reports and special requests for information as directed by Supervisor or Area Manager
  • Maintain accurate accounts by recording car stocks, signed delivery receipts, cash and expense receipts.
  • Manage records of each TMR outlet regarding MD contract compliance, brand performance, cycle activities implementation, MD fee payment, Transactional data(SKUs, quantity, money collected) invoice & receipt after each call
  • Utilise insights gained from retailer/consumer wants and needs, to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives to provide tangible competitive advantage in the darkening marketplace.
  • Conduct accurate & authentic periodic data capturing on the TMR outlets in order to gauge the effectiveness of on-going Trade programs & BAT’s brand performance and suggest pre-empt corrective / counter actions.

 

Customer Engagement

  • Drive and manage a long term relationship with the retailers on basis of their disposition towards BAT and their capabilities to actively sell our brands in their outlets.
  • Delivering a quality service experience to customers in line with Service charter

 

Customer queries management

  • Effectively handle customer's queries and facilitates its swift resolution upon direct request from customers or based on the input from Customer sales operators, and delivery Representatives, etc.
  • Ensure customer's requests with regard to Sales & Distribution and Trade marketing (e.g. Stock return, open/close of outlet) to be processed in a timely manner by effective communication through the SWIFT system with National Sales Center and delivery Representatives

 

Asset Management in accordance with Policies & Procedures (MD, Car, Car Stocks, Cash & Receipts, PDA/Laptop/Tablet)

  • Takes responsibility for asset & document management with regard to Car, PDA/Laptop/Tablet, materials such as forms, supplies and merchandising / sales promotion items, and Cash & Receipts, ensuring the care and maintenance of all company assets and adhering to all relevant security/safety procedures and policies.
  • Ensure to bring adequate amount of needed materials such as stocks, forms, supplies and merchandising / sales promotion items
  • Keep vehicle clean and in good operating condition to prevent unscheduled repairs and down time and follow Company policy and directives regarding safety, accidents, injuries and vehicle security cash and stock control.
  • Process return bad stocks and old merchandising items or removed furniture to the warehouse
  • Comply with and be aware of the company policy on smoking issues and guidelines on communications with the media, IMS-2, etc.

 

Competitor Intelligence Management

  • Promptly report all competition personnel changes, promotions, merchandising promotions, or other matters of interest through Area Manager or Supervisor

 

Trade programme execution

  • Manage trade marketing program like mileage programmes  by explaining rules of the programme, measuring performance against objectives, checking compliance, and assigning benefits based on the programme that the customer is participating which will trigger program compliance payment
  • Develop well planned and organised sales presentations, using selling brochures, samples, customer records, market share information and other appropriate selling tools to encourage brand availability at retail necessary to meet consumer demand and in-line with channel objectives.

 

Cycle activity execution

  • Implement cycle activities based on the cycle plan such as new brand introduction and ad-hoc surveys
  • Ensure to facilitate collection of information upon request from National Sales Center (e.g. Census) for the customers refused to answer during the call with Inbound services operators

 

Merchandising hardware management

  • Responsible to check, install, repair, clean, maintenance, change or remove MD material triggered by a cycle plan instruction, a back office / manager request, customer request, customer request via National Sales Center
  • Manage MD contracts in compliance to company policy and customer rating (Sign, renew, cancel or pay MD contract instruction)

 

Inventory management & Top up sales

  • Capture order, process picking & delivery stocks, and collect cash in case of OOS, new listing or specific opportunities 
  • Reconcile stock and cash based on top up sales, new product introduction and deposit payments

 

Customer data update

  • Maintain customer data updated as per BAT policies or retail classification census guidelines
