Data Center Logistics Specialist를 모집 합니다.

DESCRIPTION
AWS is looking for self-riven, well organized professional to aid with the inventory and fiscal processes related to our Data Center Operations in Korea.

We are looking for someone to liaise with our suppliers and internal teams. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very detail oriented, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.  You will be expected to manage Data Center public and confidential information and communication. Align with financial and inventory management teams. Respond to queries from internal and external Customers. You should have good understanding of financial processes, be expert with Microsoft Office and proficient with wide range of computer applications, such as Remedy, Wiki or Oracle Financial Applications. Ability to self-educate and achieve goals without external support is also important. We will expect you to document update and publish new processes.

Ideal candidate will be interested in computer technologies with a strong drive to learn new skills. Inventory Management experience is essential. You will be responsible for gathering data, generating, publishing and presenting metrics in variety of areas.

데이터센터 내부 팀과 관련 공급업체 간의 연결고리 역할을 할, 꼼꼼하면서도 자발적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 우수한 커뮤니케이션 역량 보유자를 대상으로 합니다.

Logistics 전문가는 데이터 센터의 정보(공개정보 및 기밀정보)를 관리하게 되며, 재무 및 재고 관리 팀과 긴밀히 협업하고, 여러 물류 관련 문의를 처리합니다. 이러한 업무를 수행하기 위해서는 재무 프로세스에 대한 이해, MS Office 활용 능력, Remedy, Wiki 또는 Oracle Financial Applications과 같은 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램 활용 능력이 필요합니다. 또한, 스스로 학습하고 주어진 업무 목표를 달성할 수 있는 능력 또한 중요합니다. 프로세스나 시스템상 신규 업데이트 발생시, 이를 문서화하는 업무도 포함됩니다.

새로운 IT 기술를 배우고자 하는 관심과, 재고 관리 경험은 필수적입니다. 데이터 수집, 여러 분야에서의 지표를 만들고, 발표하는 업무도 담당하게 됩니다.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years of work experience in Logistics/SCM field.
· Inventory management experience
· Goods receiving, inventory cycle counts and related auditing and stock control functions at numerous locations.
· Review and process of tickets via our Remedy system for parts requests and stock replenishments.
· Site visits to Audit and review on site stock holdings.
· Processing of access forms, method statements and similar documentation.
· Facilitate with logistics and supply chain planning for project implementations.
· Good knowledge about computers and network equipment
· Obsessed with building strong relationships with internal customers and all key stakeholders.
· Intermediate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge time zones.
· Not afraid to take ownership, keeping positive attitude and resolve problems despite difficult circumstances
· Business English

 

기본 자격
· 물류 / SCM 분야에서 2 년 이상의 경력
· 재고 관리 경험 – 물품 수령, 재고 사이클 계수, 감사 등
· 시스템을 통해 부품 요청 및 재고 관련 업무 처리 경험
· 재고량 검토를 위한 사이트 방문 및 감사
· 물류 및 Supply Chain 기획을 통한 프로젝트 수행
· 컴퓨터 및 네트워크 장비 관련 지식
· 다양한 Time Zone 아래서 효과적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
· 복잡한 문제 해결을 두려와하지 않는 주인의식 및 긍정적인 태도
· 비즈니스 수준의 영어 구사 능력

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure.
· Warehouse management experience
· Import and export related experience
· Demonstrated inventory management experience at scale.
· Datamining skills and analytical skills
· LEAN, Sigma and OE knowledge and/or proficiency.
· Effective prioritization and time management.

· 압박감이 있는 상황에서 고객을 응대하고 운영상의 이슈를 효율적으로 해결해본 경험
· 일정 규모 이상의 운영팀에서 창고 관리 및 수출입 업무 경험
· 데이터 마이닝 및 데이터 분석 기술
· LEAN, Sigma 등의 프로세스 개선 관련 경험/이해
· 시간관리 및 업무의 우선순위를 효과적으로 결정하는 능력
