외국계 제약 기업 한국머크에서 판매 활동을 구현 및 실행하고 기존 Pharma, F & B, 딜러 및 민간 기업에 계정 소유권을 가져와 판매 구조를 다변화하고 시장 점유율을 높이는 업무를 할 Inside/Digital Sales Specialist를 모집 합니다.
Your Role:
Inside/Digital Sales Specialist, office-based account manager is responsible to implement and execute sales activities and take the account ownership to conventional Pharma, F&B, dealers and private companies to diversify sales structure and enhance market share. Key role is to drive new digital sales revenue to advance the BioM portfolio.
Achieve committed individual sales quota & annual target as well as contribute on team’s goal.
Commitment to regional and global digital sales strategy and action plans
Initiate y sale plans, schedule own activities to achieve the targets. sales key priorities and establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly
Contact existing and new customers and assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services via virtual channels
Successfully execute digital selling activities based on data analytics by tools and by prioritizing Marketing/ Sales programs
Senses & Seizes new leads and opportunities and drive direct sales growth by utilizing information/ data and digital sales tools
Differentiate customer experience and increase conversion rate from lead to Opportunity.
Develops and maintains relationships with end users, dealer accounts.
Provide value to customers
Understands importance of quality over quantity
Always personal & relevant with customer- insight & data driven
Approachable, responsive & accountable
Dealing with customer service inquiries, coordinating customer’s request and providing relevant information, processing sales orders and performing data entry task.
Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes and sales packs, stock availability check thru the system, supporting customers and account managers.
Interpersonal skills to deal with internal/external stakeholders.
Represents the company professionally, ethically and morally at all the times.
Other tasks assigned by your superior
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree (master degree preferred)
Microbiology, Biology, Biotech, or relevant, Microbiology lab., inside sales, field application, sales/tech support experience is preferred,
Communication skill, Interpersonal skill, digital acumen is required,
Experienced in Digital, Social tool (REDOX, LinkedIn, Tableau, SAP, SFDC, CRM tool, …) has advantages,
Proficient in English is preferred
