Description

1.Ensure Customer Growth

New Product Registration

• Register cosmetics & foods (tea, gum ball etc.) before planed Marketing launch date
• Register cosmeceuticals & quasi-drugs before planed Marketing launch date
• Register industrial goods (brush cleansers, soaps, candles etc.) before planed Marketing launch date

Management of new and existing products

• Input Korean label master to AS400 for newly imported products
• Input product data (product name, weight, type etc.) to AS400 for product maintenance
• Check new code list monthly
• Review brand website regularly for monitoring of advertisements in compliance with cosmetics regulation
• Review the formulas
• Manage expiration date of all imported products monthly (Age-Limit)

Grey Market Monitoring

• Monitor on-line open market regularly to protect brands from Intellectual Property Right (IPR) infringement

2. Manages Operational Effectiveness

Marketing Calendar Review

• Check marketing calendar to prepare new product registration at the beginning of the year

Direct Shipment Release

• Pre-preparation of formula and Certificate of Free Sales (CFS) for timely customs clearance

Clinical test arrangement

• Arrange clinical testing with a third-party testing lab when brand needs local substantiation data for advertisement 

3. Improve Business Processes

Share a new requirement of cosmetics or cosmeceuticals with other Regulatory team member

Update cosmeceutical registration status bi-weekly to brands
 

Qualifications

• University-level education or equivalent
• Major in pharmacy or chemistry preferred
• 1 ~ 3 years experience in regulatory-related position in cosmetics industry
