[한국맥도날드] Real Estate Representative 채용

외국계 F&B 기업 한국맥도날드에서 Real Estate Representative를 모집 합니다.

Department: Development / Finance 

 

Reporting structure: Report to Real Estate & Asset Manager 

 

 Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop sites for New Drive Thru restaurant opening
• Build pipelines and analyze trade area based on business strategy and plan
• Market research and Fair Market Value analysis
• Internal reporting through cooperation with sub-contractors, landlords and related departments

 

Qualifications: 

• Experienced developer of F&B, retail (prefer QSR industry)
• At least 5 years of experience in the field
• Decision making, negotiating skills base on strong work force
• Knowledge of real estate (prefer majoring in real estate and urban planning)
• Finance knowledge and market analysis capabilities
• Prefer for well business English speakers
• Comprehensive writing and reading skills are essential
