Tesla is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to lead Marketing related responsibilities including Retail Activities, Content creation, On/Offline Events for Tesla in Korea.

This role may be located in Yeoksam, South Korea.
What You’ll Do
Manage the local Demand Generation teams across South Korea and work closely with the Country Director and General Sales Manager to develop targeted marketing strategies and plans with a coherent integration of marketing tactics, event and PR activities to achieve country goals
Lead content creation and project management for website, collateral, and customer communication(i.e. emails and letters) for applicable markets. This includes responsibility for tone of voice in market and primary contact role for website, mailers, newsletters and collateral
Manage and implement a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of all regional marketing events including test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events (e.g. auto shows and product launches), while working closely with the Sales & Delivery Organization
Establish frequent communication and collaboration with other company stakeholders Set-up and lead digital campaigns and partnerships on a regional level and provide guidance on local partnerships to your team
Stay informed of new sand local marketing activities in your relevant markets. These include but are not limited to – store, Supercharger and Service Centre openings; new appointments; partnerships and financing deals; industry events
Manage the planning and execution of regional activities including store openings, test drives, lead generation events and Supercharger launches. Guide stores in the development of in-store programs and campaigns to engage existing leads and create new leads
Effectively deliver results of marketing objectives within the designated and agreed budgets
Support the field sales organization on other marketing initiatives
Work with communications and contents team on consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials to support our marketing activities (e.g. collateral)
Evaluate, track and report the success of programs and campaigns
Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla
Demonstrate strong leadership and motivate/coach the team to improve their productivity
What You’ll Bring
At least 5 years’ marketing experience in a range of areas including online marketing, events, integrated marketing and retail marketing
At least 5 years’ experience leading a team. Comfortable managing and coaching others
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Korean (skills with proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media)
Understanding of the local country needs.
Experience in managing large-scale events or trade show participation.
CRM system knowledge is a plus
Driver’s license
Up to 50% travel required
