Data Center Operations designs, installs & maintains the world’s largest Cloud Computing Infrastructure. We are looking for Data Center Operations trainees to join our Data Center Operation team. Our scope of work includes Linux systems troubleshooting, repairing servers with hardware, dealing with network issues, handling and tracking parts and assisting in Data Center maintenance. You will be excited to work effectively with minimum supervision and handle multiple priorities. Amazon Data Canters are large-scale high-density centers where you will be working on changing the face of Cloud Technology in the region.

 

We are offering a Career Re-Start Program featuring a 3-month full-time contract position. This program is designed for both professionals returning from career breaks and those seeking to transition into IT from other industries. During the program period, participants will receive comprehensive training in data center operations through structured mentorship and gain hands-on technical experience. Upon successful completion of the 3-month program, candidates will have the opportunity to convert to full-time Data Center Operations Engineer positions.

 

AWS 데이터센터 운영팀은 경력 단절 후 재취업을 희망하는 분들 또는 IT 분야로의 커리어 전환을 원하는 분들을 위한 Career Re-start 프로그램을 운영합니다. 본 프로그램은 3개월 계약직으로 진행되며, 근무 기간 동안 데이터센터 관련 교육, 실습 및 멘토링 등 체계적인 교육 프로그램을 통해 본인의 전문성을 다시 한번 발휘하거나 새로운 직무를 경험할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 프로그램 종료 시점에 평가를 통해 Data Center Operations Engineer로 정규직 채용될 기회를 제공받을 수 있으며, AWS와 함께 새로운 시작을 만들어갈 분들의 많은 관심 바랍니다.

 

트레이니 근무 기간 : 2025년 1월 - 2025년 4월

 

*트레이니 과정 중 정규직 채용 평가에 합격하신 분들께서는 2026년 4월 중에 정규직으로 전환되어 연속 근무하게 됩니다.

 

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Training:

• Install and configure data center servers and network systems
• Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Replace hardware components in servers and network devices
• Manage storage media (HDD, SSD etc) operations, including sanitization and destruction
• Handle support tickets within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Work cross-functionally with internal data center operation teams
• Follow data center operations, security guidelines and safety standards
• Work on shift schedule covering 24/7 operations, including weekends

Basic Qualifications

• IT 분야에서 경력이 단절되어 재취업을 희망하시는 분
• 3년 이상의 일반 직장 경력 있으신 분 (IT 경력 무관)
• 학사 학위 소지자로, 교육 기간 및 정규직 전환 시 연속근무 가능하신 분

Preferred Qualifications

• IT 인프라 및 하드웨어에 대한 열정이 있으신 분
• 데이터센터 장비 운반이 가능하신 분
• 고객 응대 및 긴급 상황 대처 능력을 보유하신 분
• 기본적인 영어 작문 능력을 보유하신 분
• 주말을 포함한 24/7 데이터센터 운영을 위한 교대근무 가능하신 분
