Export Desk Supply Planning Assistant Manager를 모집 합니다.

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for leading the overall 3PM supply planning and logistics function for Korea based business verticals in Unilever International. Key job scope includes:

 

Planning

• Support innovations in 3PM
• Supply Planning in 3PM
• Planning Strategies for made in Korea

Logistics

• Export logistics handling with 3PM&3PL
• Inventory Management
• Operation efficiency
• Communication with Forwarder

Common

• Develop new 3PM (Made in Korea project)
• Optimizing Supply Chain Performance
• Delivering Service and growth
• Continuous Improvement

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Planning:

• Support innovations in 3PM co work with MKT/R&D/Procurement
• Responsible for daily coordination with 3PMs to ensure execution of supply plans.
• Coordination with planning team for production prioritization.
• Monitor Orders and communicate proactively with the customer
• Support issue resolution in case of supply bottle necks (RMPM, Local issues, etc)
• Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders for providing/updating relevant standards to 3PMs
• Work with quality team to ensure redressal of any incidents or issues.

Logistics:

• Manage warehouse & logistics operation
• Drive Logistics Operations efficiency leading to improved service and savings.
• Have meetings with 3PL and internal functions to remove bottle neck in operations
• Set-up Logistics strategy fit to the business
• Optimize inventory level
• Communicate proactively with forwarder

Common:

• Work jointly with all stakeholders to drive cost reduction programs.
• Improve service levels and production compliance at 3PMs.
• Regularly visit the 3PMs and coordinate multi-functional visits at site.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in SCM software
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management
• Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or equivalent)
• Advanced working knowledge of SAP
• Over 5 years of experience specializing in Export operations
• Prior experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Fluent English
