Job Description

ICA*: Integrated Calibration Application

 

ETAS-ICA is providing software calibration solutions to advanced automotive customers, and an ETAS-ICA field application engineer has key responsibilities as:

• The primary technical liaison between ETAS-ICA and our automotive customers, providing expert advice and support on software calibration projects.
• Conduct detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Conduct project engineering with ETAS ICA solutions and provide the project deliverables.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for ETAS ICA solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with product management and development team at ETAS headquarter to provide feedback and suggest improvements to ETAS ICA products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions for customers on ETAS ICA products and solutions

Qualifications

• Native written and spoken Korean strongly required to support Korean customers locally.  Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in engineering or technical support within the automotive embedded system development.
• Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Experience in system or components development in Vehicle Powertrain (ICE, HEV, EV) (Preferred).
• Experience in calibration of ICE(Internal Combustion Engine)/xEV/Transmission (Preferred).
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automotive software development, such as C, C++, Python(Preferred).
• Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools (MATLAB/Simulink) (Preferred).
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customers sites as required.
• No limit to overseas travel.

• 근무 형태 : 정규직
• 근무 장소 : 경기도 성남시 분당구 판교 유스페이스1 B동 9층
• 근무 요일 : 주 5일(월~금)
• 근무 시간 : 09:00 ~ 18:00
