Within the context of the Integrated Country Plan, responsible for driving business in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logo prospects using a strategic value-based approach.
Lead end-to-end sales activities for PLM/CAD/CAE/IT solution portfolio, including opportunity identification, pipeline development, and deal closure.
Build and expand strategic relationships with key stakeholders across Named Accounts and target new logo customers in the automotive.
Manage forecasting accuracy, contract negotiations, and deal governance compliance to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual revenue targets.
Lead executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and marketing activities, representing the company at industry events and partner engagements.
Works under self-management on assignments/pursuits and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures. Represent Siemens at customer marketing and analyst conferences in Country.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including major account management in EDA, CAE, PLM, or related digital engineering fields and IT solution fields.
Strong and consistent sales performance with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets.
Experience working with SAMSUNG Group.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
