Sales Account Orchestrator를 모집 합니다.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Within the context of the Integrated Country Plan, responsible for driving business in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logo prospects using a strategic value-based approach.
  • Lead end-to-end sales activities for PLM/CAD/CAE/IT solution portfolio, including opportunity identification, pipeline development, and deal closure.
  • Build and expand strategic relationships with key stakeholders across Named Accounts and target new logo customers in the automotive.
  • Manage forecasting accuracy, contract negotiations, and deal governance compliance to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual revenue targets.
  • Lead executive-level presentations, solution workshops, and marketing activities, representing the company at industry events and partner engagements.
  • Works under self-management on assignments/pursuits and will determine solutions, methods, and procedures. Represent Siemens at customer marketing and analyst conferences in Country.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including major account management in EDA, CAE, PLM, or related digital engineering fields and IT solution fields.
  • Strong and consistent sales performance with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets.
  • Experience working with SAMSUNG Group.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
