As a Global Product/Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive the success of our products and brands by aligning them with customer needs and market opportunities. You will report to the [add hiring manager title] and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve impactful results.
You will
Conduct research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive buying behavior.
Develop product/brand positioning, associated marketing themes, and media channels that align with target customer demographics.
Develop and implement marketing strategies/plans and oversee development and distribution of marketing materials.
Identify market opportunities, translate opportunities into product design, and drive branding/marketing strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch.
Manage the product/brand P&L.
Collaborate across functional teams to ensure that customer values are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches.

Education:
University degree in a related field, preferably Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
Experience:
At least five (5) years of working experience in sales and marketing in a related field (e.g., industrial equipment, compressed air).
Excellent knowledge of compressed air equipment is an advantage.
Knowledge/Skills:
Good technical and engineering background.
Well-developed business and commercial acumen.
Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written).
Experienced in data collection, extraction, and analysis.
