Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with market and customer needs.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements.
• Lead solution design with cross‑functional teams (Solution Designs, Operations, IT).
• Drive RFP/RFQ responses, costing, and proposal development.
• Deliver executive‑level presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and grow relationships with key clients.
• Ensure adherence to internal sales governance and CRM standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of BD, contract logistics sales, or supply chain experience in the various sector.
• Strong understanding of 3PL/4PL services and supply chain operations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Proven success in executive‑level communication and negotiation.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
