Distribution&Logistics Team Lead를 모집 합니다.

Description

1. Strategic Operations Management

Define and implement the overall Operations strategy for Dr.Jart in alignment with Brand’s objectives

Oversee all key processes within Supply planning, Warehouse management, Customer Service and Import/ Export to deliver best-in-class operational performance

 

2. Supply planning& Inventory Governance

Oversee demand and supply planning performance, ensuring reliable S&OP processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Drive inventory governance, including inventory master file accuracy, stock health monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Ensure effective control of slow-moving and obsolete items while supporting healthy service levels for various channels.

 

3. Warehousing and Distribution (Domestic delivery)

Establish and manage the 3PL partnership framework covering contract negotiation, service-level agreements, and performance monitoring.

To ensure that only quality goods received from suppliers, inventory stored in good condition, terms and conditions of temporary labour/lease/delivery maintained competitively

To manage Distribution Centre’s operation efficiencies, service level, productivity, and inventory status regularly

 

4. Customer Service Excellence

Lead the customer service to ensure efficient order-to-cash operations across domestic and overseas channels.

Set service standards and performance metrics to deliver high-quality customer experience.

Foster strong collaboration with Commercial, Finance and 3PL streamline order management, invoicing, and returns processes.

 

5. Inbound /Outbound Transportation (International transportation)

PO management for Affiliate PO & International PO (include setup standard process setup)

To manage the Customs clearance documentations for Free Trade Agreement for international transportation

 

6. Digital Fulfilment Management

To manage online fulfilment process with 3rd party in order to support eCommerce business within company budget and develop/optimize customer service

 

7. Financial Management

Develop and manage budget on warehousing, freight, distribution, VAS work and other budget elements in relations to the logistics operations.

Prepare and proceed “Request for destruction” for write-off products and get approval from financial & management lead

 

8. Project Management

To implement the project based on the approved plan within set time frame.

To support on acceleration of integration with ELC Supply chain worldwide and SAP

Lead and proceed RFQ, implementation of new DC if needed. 

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor/University Degree or Equivalent with further education preferred in Business, Trade or Supply Chain.
• More than 14 years in supply chain management fields including inventory management, inventory planning, import/export, logistics, warehousing and distribution areas within multi-national consumer goods companies
• People management experience (team management)
• Experience of an outsourced logistics environment is required. Knowledge of logistics system, warehousing, exportation & customs clearance, transportation and integrated supply chain management required
• English-fluent verbal and written is mandatory
• Strong PC skill (MS Office, Excel)
• Knowledge on WMS, SAP is mandatory
