JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE :

• Serve as a clinical and technical advisor for OCT and coronary physiology through on-site case support, product presentations, and educational programs in targeted accounts
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support clinical adoption
• Share field practices and insights with team manager

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Maintain expert-level PCIO clinical competency
• Accelerate customer clinical competency for OCT and Physiology
• Provide expert clinical case guidance
• Engage in procedural and technical discussions
• Coach and train physicians and clinical staff toward self-sufficiency
• Execute customer and internal educational programs
• Resolve technical and system-related issues
• Coordinate equipment installation and initial use
• Deliver clinical updates and product messages
• Comply with Code of Conduct, Regulatory, and Quality procedures

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED :

• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interface with customers and KOLs
• Solid understanding of CAD, anatomy, PCI procedures
• OCT and Physiology product knowledge
• Ability to drive clinical adoption
• Education program planning and execution skills
• Proficient in English and local language
• No restrictions on business travel

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION REQUIRED :

• 3 or more years of experience in the cardiovascular medical device industry is preferred
• Prior Cath Lab experience (TN or RN) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree
• Cardiovascular medical device industry knowledge
• Proficient English and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills
