Your role and responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for Application Integration within IBM's Automation Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their Application Integration products.
You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead Client Engagements: Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services to optimize Application Integration product configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis.
Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs, leveraging Application Integration products such as API Connect, App Connect, and MQ.
Deliver Solution Implementations: Design and implement solutions using IBM's Automation Platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Analyze Client Environments: Conduct thorough analyses of client environments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
Develop Adoption Strategies: Create strategies to drive adoption and usage of Application Integration products, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their investments.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team.

Application Integration Product Knowledge: Experience with Application Integration products, including API Connect, App Connect, Aspera, Cloud Native Gateway, Cloud Pak for Integration, DataPower, Event Automation, Financial Transactions, Payments & Insights, Hybrid IPaaS, MQ, webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, webMethods Integration, and WebSphere Service Registry/Repository.
Solution Implementation Expertise: Experience in designing and implementing solutions using IBM's Automation Platform, with a focus on seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Client Environment Analysis: Experience with conducting thorough analyses of client environments to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
Technical Delivery Leadership: Experience leading the delivery of technical solutions, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
IBM Automation Platform Proficiency: Experience working with IBM's Automation Platform, including its various components and tools, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Additional Application Integration Product Knowledge: Experience with other Application Integration products beyond those listed, such as webMethods API Management, webMethods Data Exchange, and webMethods Integration, would be beneficial in delivering comprehensive solutions to clients.
Advanced IBM Automation Platform Skills: In-depth knowledge of IBM's Automation Platform components and tools, including Cloud Pak for Integration and Hybrid IPaaS, would enable the development of more complex and integrated solutions.
Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific Application Integration challenges and solutions, such as Financial Transactions and Payments & Insights, would allow for more tailored and effective solutions for clients.
