The Marketing specialist for Atlas Copco VisionTools, IPG and IDG acts as the local product owner and market advocate for our vision solution and guidance technologies. This role drives the local positioning, commercialization, and growth of vision-based inspection and guidance system within automotive industries.
As the bridge between HQ and local sales, ICK, and project team, the specialist defines go-to market strategies, analyzes market trends and solution providing align with customer and industry needs. The position is responsible for translating technical innovation into clear customer value propositions, developing marketing materials and promotions, and supporting business development through strategic communication and training.
[Purpose of this Job]
Primary contact for sales and distributors and key customer regarding VisionTools, IPG and IDG
Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market requirements..
Support business expansion by developing strategic initiatives for automative industries..
Develop go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and marketing material that clearly communicate product value propositions..
Provide sales enablement through product presentations, technical materials, and trainings.
Work closely with HQ, local application expert and engineers to communicate customer needs and successful implementation.
Foster strong relationships with key customers to strengthen market presence and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the creation of successful reference use case for scalable business growth.
[Accountabilities]
Establish Marketing & Sales Strategy, Policies, Procedures and Practices for VisionTools, IPG and IDG solutions to meet the marketing requirements supporting short and long-term sales plan.
Leads the product launching with HQ and Go To Market activation in working with various stakeholders to achieve sales growth for responsible products (IPG and IDG)
Engage with prospects to deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings to communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products
Market research and monitors trends and business opportunities within MVI market.
Analyze the market requirement & demands survey and prepare the product planning in MVI Market
Observe and inform about market trends and changes in customer strategies
Analyze the competitors and report to sales, management and Division HQ
Planning and follow up exhibition activities with Sales, Marketing and Communication team
Enhancing sales efficiency & building up data base management
Work closely with sales, distributor, project and management to collaborate on strategies, share insights, and coordinate efforts to achieve business target
To succeed, you will need
[Experience/Education]
3 ~ 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle industry.
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Background would be welcome.
Establish a marketing plan & Strategies depends on sales and customer needs.
Analyze market requirement & demands survey and production planning

Multicultural and communication skills in an international environment.
Ability to write documents using Excel and Microsoft programs.
Intermediate or higher English language skills
