HR Operations Specialist를 모집 합니다.

What you´ll do

  • Responsible for C&B operations and training/learning-related operations
  • Coordinate payroll-related processes with Payroll team and other stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Outsourcing vendor)
  • Responsible for HR governance, including policy review and update, alignment with global guidelines, labor regulation (e.g., rules of employment), and statutory training compliance
  • Responsible for data analysis and reporting
  • Support total reward-related initiatives, including policy implementation and process improvements

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience (at least 2 years of experience in payroll and total rewards is a must)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and eager to learn, adapt and collaborate in professional work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and able to handle confidential HR information
