Senior Specialist, Demand Planning

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Implement the demand planning process of assigned brand in alignment with the demand planning strategy and manage the demand planning systems in alignment with global strategy
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and facilitate the monthly demand process cross-functionally (Integrated Business Plan) and ensure the accuracy of the demand planning forecast (CCP/IBP/ILS)for assigned brand
- regular communication with Sales & Marketing to capture business changes affecting the demand plan for assigned brand
- Collaborate closely with other members of supply chain, sales, marketing and finance to achieve sales and service objectives for assigned brand
- Monitor key KPIs for ad-hoc, short- and long-term planning aligned with global standards
- Support valuation of Risks & Opportunities from IBP to Market Commitment in the official Rolling Forecast (RFC) Continuously improve inventory aging and stock turns encouraging IBP process.
- Measure the seasonal demand plan at critical supply milestones against actuals (Planning accuracy cockpit)
- Ensure the accuracy of the Demand planning forecast data by providing statistical forecasting as another viewpoint
- Manage Demand planning system (Integrated Planning, TM1) and Micro-strategy
- Maintain and improve IBP Dashboard on SSoT/ OvotT
- Prepare Group reporting (*IBP DP tool) accurately and timely lead system upgrades and enhancements

- Financial Planning
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft office or equivalent tools, especially advanced Excel
- High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., relationship management, facilitation)
- Proven leadership and managerial skills (if applicable)
- Fluent in written and spoken English is a must.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or adequate education preferable in accounting or business
- Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry
- Minimum 3 years of demand planning experience within large sales organisation
