Job Responsibilities:
1. Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sr. Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
1. Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
1. Do the business consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
1. Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
1. Understand completely the business strategy of products, price, channels and sales.
1. Research the market and gather the customer’s feedbacks to make a plan to develop the new models for Korea market.
1. Monitoring the competitor’s market actions_product, price, channel and promotions_and report to Manager the market status to make a winning strategy together.
1. Check the sales performance with distributors daily and make a report weekly about market issues and recovery plans.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of consumer sales experience including Sales Management or Business Development
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
- Experience in staffing, leadership development, employee relations, strategic planning, and project management
