Partner Channel Development Manager  
                                                                                                               
The Partner Channel Development Manager is a thought leader in the area of Cloud Computing and works to inspire, educate, coach, and support our Distribution and Reseller ecosystem to rapidly grow their business in this area. As a PCDM you will be developing strategic business plans, conducting profit and loss analysis, quantifying impact of investments, and driving leadership teams to perform across the areas of marketing, sales, and services.

Channel/Partner Marketing Manager

You own the partner ecosystem and channel strategy. We need creative, analytical, and broad thinkers who collaboratively engage with partners to identify and achieve mutually beneficial results. As needed, you will incubate new partner models and deliver a partner gap analysis. You own the partner campaign, program activity delivery and sales pipeline support. 

Audience Marketing Manager 

You bring an outside-in perspective on customers, the competition, and marketplace dynamics. As the customer advocate, you own the marketing strategy for a specific audience to ensure we are in lock step with their needs. 
You will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of audience-specific marketing content to the field through the analysis of engine utilization and effectiveness, and the optimization of existing engines.

Licensing Sales Specialist 

Bring your energy and passion for technology into sales execution via product licensing and services solutions. As a Licensing Sales Specialist, you will influence the future success of Microsoft and help make Microsoft's innovative technologies more broadly available to the rest of the world through licensing. You will develop strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive licensing sales through field sales, tele sales and extended virtual teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

•On-track to complete or within 12-months of graduation of Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, technical or engineering majors. 
•Have less than 2 years combined (full-time) work experience, including internships
•English language & local language fluency
•Excellent communication and presentation skills 
•Thrive and deliver results in a fast paced, sometimes ambiguous environment 
•Ability to influence, inspire and lead from any role
•Passion for the technology and innovation 
•Seeks opportunities to learn new methods, procedures or techniques
•Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, deal with ambiguity, make trade-off decisions, meet deadlines and drive for results
•Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
•Evaluates & builds solutions based on customer perspective
•Works with confidence, energy & drive
