Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

1)  Sales

• Coach and works closely with BAs at the counter to increase retail sales

• Review sales targets and performance of top doors on a monthly basis with Area Sales Manager (ASM)

• Analyze performance of business vs sales objectives

2) Marketing

• Coordinate and execute setting up details relating to High Profile Promotions and in-store programs and promotions

• Provide feedback on marketing opportunities and  identifies marketing potential for new and existing products

• Ensure brand and counter image as well as visual merchandising are in line with brand standards and philosophy

• Monitors and identifies marketing potential for new and existing products

• Co-ordinate and execute all setting up details pertaining to High Profile Promotions

3)   Stock/Inventory

• Provides input for product ordering, product mix and assortment

• Inform ASM of stock issues and coordinate with retailers and warehouse to solve problems.

4) Supervision and Team Management of Consultants

• Assist ASM in the recruitment of consultants and ensure sufficient staffing coverage for the counters

• Conducts on-counter orientation and elementary product training for new consultants to enable them to perform their job until formal training is organized by the Training Managers

• Evaluate the performance of consultants and work closely with training managers to enhance product knowledge and sales technique to improve performance

• Ensure BA upheld grooming standards of the brand

5) Administration

• Raise no-charge product orders

• Generate sales reports

• Place orders for uniforms of Consultants

 

 

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years’ working experience or a general degree with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the travel retail industry

• Well groomed

• Good organization and communication skills

• Good presentation skills

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel

• Willingness to travel

• Proven sales track record
