Solution Specialist IV (CX Cloud ISM - KR)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Detailed Description and Job Requirements 
 Implementation Success Manager works closely with Customer Success Managers to achieve the customer return on investment (ROI) and assist in solution optimization by:
 

·  Work with existing customers to assess how current configuration meets their current and future needs;

·  Current adoption and value assessment of current implementation and recommendations that help improve usage, adoption and value realization;

·  Engage with internal teams with at risk, red and amber customers to assist drive solution strategy and risk mitigation plan to retain customer and change health status;

·  Provide best practice guidance on customer processes and stories;

·  Contribute to customer case studies and references to leverage for wider consumption;

·  Participate and contribute in knowledge sharing forums;

·  Organise customer facing webinars, newsletters, workshops and meetings;

·  Assist to organise and attend customer conferences;

·  Conduct deep dive optimisation reviews of customer current configurations and provide a recommendations report;

·  Contribute input to product development and management regarding customer pain points;

·  Implementation management of new customer implementations providing best practice guidance and advocating standard configuration;

·  As requested, implementation management of new functionality implementations for existing customers providing best practice guidance and advocating standard configuration.

 

 

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

 ·  Significant work  experience in an external customer facing role

·  Demonstrated experience providing Cloud vendor services to enterprise customers

·  Demonstrated capability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external business owners and stakeholders across all organisational levels

·  In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions, configurations and best practices for specific product
Advanced organization, time management and project management skills
Advanced English written and verbal communication skills

·  Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems
Demonstrated experience to lead customer health check and deep dive process observations with view to recommend improvements
Demonstrated experience to write and present Solution Review report and recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
Team player who will innovate to continue improving the way Oracle services its customers
Added advantage for those with CX Implementations and CX Cloud  solution  and implementation experience.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
 
Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience preferred. Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.
