Field Service Engineer(사원급)

 

 

Your job
•Ensure installation, maintenance and repairs on assigned products at customer site
•Resolve technical problems through phone support and on-site customer visits
•Technical support of products installation and demonstration at exhibitions
•Participate in training programs to build up service skill and knowledge

Our requirements
•University degree in a technical field or graduation from a higher technical institution (Especially Major in Electronics Mechatronics)
•Preferred to have international experience more than 1 year
•Same EM filed, Ion Beam filed or about tools running under vacuum system
•Background in PC hardware, software handling, IT
•Good communication skill in English, documentation for planning and reporting
•Driver license is required
