Tasks

Best Customer Experience(BCE) and Local Projects Managment Office Lead
 - Develop and update BCE & local projects roadmap and communicate the updates with relevant stakeholders

 - Track timeline, dependency & status of projects with project leaders

 - Report BCE project status to HQ and MBK Management on monthly basis

 - Work with HQ and BCE project leaders for any issue escalation and resolution

 

BCE Budget Planning & Tracking
- BCE Budget Planning: consolidate requirements from BCE project leaders and align with HQ BCE leads. Work with controlling team for budget planning submission and follow-up

- Expected Actual (EA) Process Handling: Work with project leaders and controlling for budget update

- Track budget spending status on monthly basis

 

BCE Communication & Retail Readiness
- Develop and implement BCE Communication plan for dealers and internal employees

- Create BCE communication material such as BCE movie, events, newsletter, brochure and etc.

- Plan and implement dealer change management training/consulting for BCE retail readiness

 

BCE Retail related Project Managment

- Supervise and provide directions to BCE Retail related project (retail digitalization and new job profiles implementation) leader regarding project planning, implementation and tracking

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/skill and competency:

 - Knowledge of automotive business and industry

 - Profound knowledge of project management

 - Risk management skill and problem solving skill

 - Excellent MS office skills including MS project

 - Good communication & writing skills both in English & Korean

- Excellent  interpersonal/communication/negotiation skill
