1. POSITION SUMMARY

The global HR Graduate offers a unique working experience at Continental. As a member of the HR Graduate Program you will be part of a multi­cultural business team and gain a holistic picture of the professional world of HR. In 24 months you will have the opportunity to shape your own training initiatives and chart your own journey of discovery through the HR world of Continental guided by experienced colleagues, experts and mentors.
­ During program, you will work on challenging project assignments which will enhance your knowledge and soft skills. Visits to customers, suppliers and other Continental facilities will provide you with a sound understanding of market and plant perspectives which are key components of the overall business process. You will be able to build a personal network and make a big step forward towards a successful career as a HR generalist/specialist in a global company.

 

2. TASKS
Business Unit HR Department
­­HR Business Partner activities as well as strategic tasks within Business Unit HR department:
­­­Support team in operational HR topics for senior management worldwide
­­­Actively collaborate in execution of core HR processes such as HR Development, Compensation & Benefits
­­­Contribute to strategic HR initiatives within Business Unit (e.g. Competency management, strategic workforce management, etc.)
­­Target : Get a comprehensive overview standard HR processes within our cooperation and the role of a Business Unit HR function with global responsibility

 

­Local HR department (assignment abroad)
­­HR Business partner role within local HR department abroad:
­­­Apply Continental standards and processes as a Business Partner within a local HR department
­­­Support implementation of corporate concepts and frameworks on a local level
­­Target : Apply the knowledge gained in first phase within a realistic local environment. Gain operational experience and practical knowledge about operational HR role on local level.

 

­Role to be defined
­­Third & fourth assignment to be decided based on experiences in first two roles. Assignment should change into permanent role after completion of trainee program.
­­Options include:
­­­HR Center of Expertise role : HR Development / Trainings / Recruiting / etc.
­­­HR Business Partner role within organization
­­Target : Assignment should support change into permanent role after completion of trainee program.

- Entry-Level Candidates Only. (Max. 1 years experienced)
- 상경, 인문사회 계열 전공자로서 HR 전문가 Career 희망자
