Role Summary/Purpose
Responsible for Commercial Operation Specialist focusing on sales contract and customer management. Has additional responsibility for processing daily order and sales quotes, handling customer payment and collateral for minimizing risk or loss. Includes analytical work and report processing and management of department communication needs.
  
Essential Responsibilities
1. Acting as an information distribution center for the commercial team: collect, consolidate pricing information from/to commercial and leadership team members to ensure knowledge sharing and execution of function strategy
2. Check the possibility of transaction with customer and review pricing condition based on internal guideline
3. Support sales team with periodic sales performance analysis; Sales forecast and ensure they remain up to date.
4. Coordinate new customer registration and pricing condition update process with ERP data COE.
5. Provide sales operation process and guideline to sales team
6. Evaluate customers’ credit status and handle customer payment and collateral as risk management
 
Qualifications/Requirements 
1. Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time.
4. High level of telephone and customer care skills.
5. Time Management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision. 6. Fluent English. Quality Specific Goals

1. More than 2 years working experience in commercial field.
2. Practical experience with SAP
3. Ability to multitask and Resourceful
