Typical activities:

Ensure the responsibility of all (local/regional/central) projects follow up:
  o Unit testing phase with the partner [IT and business contacts]
  o Support the business to formalize any new requirements, coordinate with the central team & local team
  o Organize and coordinate User Acceptance Tests in line with the project commitments.

Organize and support, control and IT projects to provide a quality service to users.

Ensure the regular IS&T service (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) tasks delivery.

Maintain and develop the other regional application Systems if necessary

 

Ensure the coordination and the supervision of the external supplier in charge of the Helpdesk :

Ensure the coordination with the Region & Central team

 

 

 

Requirement Skill:

- Minimum 1 yrs experience in IT experience or 신입사원도 가능

- Technical knowledge: DB(MS SQL), BI tool (IBM Cognos)

- Project Experience on ERP (MS AX), HRMS, CRM preferred

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.

- Good level of English communication in writing and speaking with regional office in HK

- Internal Helpdesk team management

- Business Acumen

- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization
