Here's your chance to work as a Delivery Manager in our Training & Certification team. This is a highly visible position with significant customer impact. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Training programs for clients and business partners, capacity planning, management of technical trainers and working with operations team to ensure successful delivery of education engagements, as well as being responsible for all delivery related client satisfaction results. You will have excellent communication skills and proven resource management and services delivery management experience, ideally in the IT Training sector. To be successful in this position, you must be a self-starter who is prepared to Think Big and Dive Deep.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead and develop a team of Technical Trainers. This includes day-to-day management, goal setting, performance reviews and coaching.
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training engagements.
- Maintain a pipeline of the delivery training opportunities and provide regular forecasts, ensuring we have enough delivery capacity.
- Maintain quality of both of internal and external instructors by continuous coaching and mentoring.
- Manage customer, internal and partners inbound training requests.
- Review CSAT scores and manage customer feedback - analyzing quality impacting issue and derive a plan of action to drive improvement.
- Contribute to and influence the prioritization of key quality improving project entries and process improvement project opportunities driven by Training Team.
- Ensure effective delivery of Training and facilitate communication between learners, trainers, and instructional designers.
- Drive improvements in training performance by innovating and sharing best practices globally.
- Own the reporting and communication of training performance instructor and delivery metrics to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Management of Trainer and Training room capacity based on capacity goals and targets. Providing an annual, two and three year view.
- Facilitate continuous development of trainers and facilitators to support various learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities in relation to business goals and suggest changes.
- Identify progressive tools and technology enablers that will improve the effectiveness of training classes.
