The Role

Tesla recruitment team are finding the talent responsible for changing the world of energy and transportation and moving us forward to a more sustainable future. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in helping the company increase its high caliber team across South Korea.

 

Responsibilities

Track recruitment and keep appropriate records of activity on the candidate tracking system

Place advertisements using online media and assist in managing the response

Work with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers to coordinate telephone and face to face interviews

Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines

Additional ad-hoc duties may be required to be performed in addition to normal workload

 

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and able to quickly develop strong, strategic and positive working relationships across all levels and functions

Self-starting, with an organized and focused approach

Able to operate effectively in and comfortable working in a very fast moving, developing and constantly changing company

Excellent written and spoken English is required
