POSITION

This position is responsible for ensuring the products are delivered to the right location on time by completing the logistics process-documentation of shipment, by providing administrative supports in a Logistics team and collaboratively work with internal & external parties

• Responsible for monitoring material and products transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
• Fully in charge of the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents
• Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging merchandise
• Provide a full support in completing paperwork and documentation
• Support with developing and preparing complex reports for the organization
• Communicate with internal/ external parties to complete the delivery process in a timely manner
• Support application of relative certificates
• Responsible for entering data into the systems from multiple sources as well as verifying input and calculations 

 

PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in related fields

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry, logistic environment

Fashion industry work experience is preferred

Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations

Proficient in MS office tools

Able to work independently for multiple tasks to handle the stakeholders’ needs

Communication skills to effectively work with internal external stakeholders
