[JOB SUMMARY] 
Payroll specialist responsibilities include calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments.

To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information. And also complies with local labor and tax legal requirements. 

 

[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]

• 급여
• 소득세
• 4대 보험 및 보증보험
• 연차 관리 : 매장직 연차 생성, 퇴사자 연차 정산
• 매장직 근태 시스템 관리 및 시스템 업그레이드 담당
• 퇴직금 & 퇴직연금
• 근로계약서 작성 및 입사 안내
• 월 마감 : 저널바우처 작성, 프로비젼 관리
• 리빌링
• Payroll 관련 global project 담당
• Inbound Expat 관련 Tax 및 4대보험 관리
• 증명서 발급

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• University graduate
• 3-4 years
• Proven work experience and Inhouse payroll experience is preferred
• Fluent in both Korean and English
• Proficient with Excel
