IC Associate

PURPOSE OF POSITON/ROLE
This position is responsible for executing cost effective, continuous improvement, efficient sales operation and IC(Incentive Compensation) services are available to Pfizer Korea’s commercial organization through common platforms and global processes and policies. To achieve this goal, this position must work closely with the SMS Team colleagues and lead to track sales performance, to handle sales data issues, to develop HIRA data, to enhance the annual incentives/awards, to analysis services, and to enable SMS solutions to reflect business needs to our current solution and services
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
- This position reports directly to the SMS Korea Lead
- Close interactions internally with Sales management in BU, Business Technology, Trade Relations, Other CO function and relative enabling/platform functions
- Close interactions externally with vendors and Alliance partners who are closely working with SMS(IMS, ZPK, Alliance partners : JEIL and etc.)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Common
- Understand and execute SMS strategy and portfolio of services that are externally competitive and internally consistent
- Understand and support SMS core global solutions, methods, tools, technology, and knowledge management for SMS workstream(IC, SFA, and Promo Ops)
- Day to day execution of solution that meets Pfizer's business needs, on time and within budget
- Alignment with legal / Compliance requirements
- Incentive Compensation
- Punctually manage and operate performance tracking system
- Support the process & calculation of incentive payout
- Conduct Wholesaler data validation and analysis
- Assist developing and managing of sales tracking analysis report
- Support data preparation for Sales incentive & awards scheme
- Administrate secondary data operation and analysis
- Check BU specific incentive & award scheme
- Handle requests from FF for SRA+ (Sales Revenue Analysis : FF performance evaluation system)
- Support vendor and alliance partner communication
- Other services (SFA/Promo Ops)
- Support SMS project implementation and ad-hoc services.
- Support operation of global solution of SMS (GCMA(Review & Approval system), PforceRX(SFA tool) and etc)
- SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry, IC and SFA Experience preferred
- Proactive, passionate, results driven & agile execution and team working
- Thorough knowledge of computer applications or system
- Time management skill
- Understanding of field force deployment processes preferred
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- English skills both in verbal and written communication preferred
- Must good at Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
