[Responsibilities]

Part A: Definition

1) Responsible for driving profitable growth by focusing on core strategies and cultivating business partnerships in e-commerce industry

2) Manage sales on the assigned e-retailers (open-market /GMM/ social commerce) to meet or exceed established sales goals through the implementation of e-sales activities

Part B: Main Responsibilities

1) Prioritize e- Business sales activities as objectives to make shoppers choose J&J products over competitors by seamless execution of e-CD fundamental; Distribution, Shelving, Merchandising and Pricing

2) Develop plans and KPI / JBP (Joint business plan) by e-retailers in line with company goals (I.e different assortments by e-retailers, promotion, launch NPD)

3) Successfully manage J&J official vendors to build strategic partnership with customers and enhances visibility to shopper through AD and various merchandizing tools

4) Develop and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross functional teams; e-Marketing and e-Trade marketing

5) Work closely with channel manager to implement annual/quarterly sales plan and necessary changes required to achieve objectives

6) Collect and utilize all necessary marketing information to facilitate shopper centric e- marketing campaigns to increase company products presence with e-retailers

7) Analyze sales data to identify opportunities to increase sales performance

8) Proactively engage projects and individual challenges

 

 

[Requirements]

1) Bachelor’s degrees or above

2) Proactive, positive, and innovative mind-sets

3) Basic understandings of marketing & business planning

4) Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

5) Effective communication & negotiation skills

6) Good inter-personal relationship

7) Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability

8) MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel) proficiency

9) Driver’s license Required
