Medical Service Specialist
Description
>> Promotional Material Review
Review promotional materials via Web-based system ensuring that they are in alignment with the high standard of Worldwide Review Guideline, Local SOP and external regulations in timely manner
>> Medical Information Service
Provide verbal or written medical information in response to unsolicited requests by health care providers or general publics based on the Global/Local SOP and external regulation in qualitative and timely manner
>> Designated Point of Contact(DPOC) Management
Report adverse events and PQC(Product Quality Complaints) of MSD’s products which are collected from the designated channels to the relevant handling department on a daily basis
Manage the process of monthly assurance and reconciliation related to medical information, adverse event, PQC(Product Quality Complaints) and CDT(Counterfeit, Diversion and Tampering) with the stakeholders
Qualifications
Education : (Preferred) Major in pharmacy or nursing or scientific field
Experience : (Preferred) More than 1 year of pharmaceutical company/hospital/pharmacy experience
English ability : Business Fluency
Skills : Excellent interpersonal communication skills, Literature Search and Interpretation skills, High-tech Savvy, and etc.
Others : Sincere attitude, strong responsibility and resilience are is highly required.
